Ms. Suzanne Vergnolle holds a Ph.D. from University Paris II Panthéon-Assas. Her work explores the effectiveness of protecting individuals’ rights by data protection law. She has been a professor and a guest speaker in various programs in France and the United States. She is the author of several papers on subjects including privacy, data protection, open data, international criminal cooperation and comparative law.
