Paolo Guarda, PhD in Comparative Private Law, is Assistant Professor of Comparative Law at the Faculty of Law - University of Trento. He teaches, among other courses, "Law and Data" and "Comparative Privacy Law" and, is the author of several articles about issues related to Digital Age Law (Privacy, Data Protection, Intellectual Property Rigts, etc.).
