Om is Co-founder,CISO & CTO at Accurics. Prior to Accurics, Om was Chief Security Officer at AutoGrid leading Cyber and Product Security for AutoGrid's Energy Cloud where he achieved industry's first NERC CIP attestation for GovCloud. Previously, Om was Head of Cyber Security for General Electric’s Industrial Cloud and Edge platform - Predix. At Predix he built Edge, Cloud and ICS cyber security products to protect Critical Infrastructure and Industrial Clouds. Before GE, Om was head of cyber security products for CipherCloud where he Architected the world’s first Cloud Access Security Broker (CASB ) product for Cloud Discovery. Prior to Cipher Cloud, Om spent several years in Australia and India working as founding security engineer for security startups SxiQ and Agiliance focused in Cloud Security, ITGRC, Secure Software Development and Cyber Security Automation. Om holds a Masters and a Bachelors in Computer Applications from University of Technology, India, a specialization in Business Strategy from Harvard, and a specialization in IoT Business from MIT-Sloan. Om also holds several specializations in Cyber Security and is a lifetime member of ISACA.
