Magda Brewczyńska is a doctoral researcher at Tilburg Institute for Law, Technology, and Society (TILT). She holds an LL.M. in Law & Technology from Tilburg University in the Netherlands (2018) and a Master’s degree in Law from Jagiellonian University in Poland (2015). Her work focuses on privacy, data protection, and cybersecurity. In the PhD project, she examines legal uncertainties arising in the context of sharing personal data for the law enforcement purposes. Prior to joining academia, Magda was gaining professional experience in the law firms and at the European Data Protection Supervisor (EDPS).
