Currently senior researcher at LSTS at Vrije Universiteit Brussel, where he conducts the project "Six Fundamental Challenges to State Sovereignty in the Digital Age: A Descriptive and Normative Analysis" funded by Gerda Henkel Foundation’s Special Programme "Security, Society and the State."
