Founder-director of Data Privacy Brazil. He is PhD Candidate at University of São Paulo/USP, where also he earned his Masters degree in Private Law. He was study visitor at the Council of Europe, European Data Protection Board and at the Centre for Law, Technology and Society at the University of Ottawa, Canada. Author of the book "The role and limits of data subject consent".
