Bram Visser

As a VUB alumnus having studied political science and international and European law, Bram Visser is now conducting doctoral research at the Law, Science, Technology & Society research group. His research is carried out under the newly found Chair in Surveillance Studies and focuses on the democratic governance of the use of surveillance technologies in Belgium. Prior work experience include consultancy in European public affairs and e-commerce.
For Privacy Salon, Bram is involved in the My Data Done Right project and is carrying out communication, public relations and panel coordination for the annual CPDP conference. In his spare time, Bram likes to enjoy music and the outdoors in the form of running, cycling, or hiking.
