Björn Fasterling joined EDHEC Business School as a law professor in 2003. Currently he serves there as Head of Faculty for the department accounting, control and legal affairs. He teaches business and human rights, compliance management, and business ethics. Member of the Augmented Law Institute at EDHEC, his research and publications focus on ethics and compliance management in companies, and more recently on business enterprises’ human rights responsibilities. He currently works on buiness and human rights issues in the context of the commercial exploitation of big data through advanced analytics.
