Andrea Katalin Toth is a legal and policy officer at the Data Policy and Innovation Unit of DG CNECT within the European Commission. Her work focuses on the implementation of the EU's Data Strategy and on the horizontal legislative initiatives related to data. Sha obtained her J.D. degree from the Eotvos Lorand University (Budapest, Hungary) and her LL.M. in Intellectual Property and Information Law from the University of Houston.
