Alan Thomaz is the founding partner of CT | Campos Thomaz Advogados and CEO of ATech Privacy Center. Advised high-profile national and international organizations on technology, privacy, and data protection transactional and litigation issues, with over twelve years of private practice experience. He holds an LLB, PGDip in intellectual property and an LLM in business law from FGV, LLM in Law & Technology (Tilburg University), and was recently admitted to the LLM in Law, Science & Technology (Stanford Law School - 2022). Brazilian chair, Official Training Partner, and FIP by the International Association of Privacy Professionals (IAPP). He actively participated in the discussions of the recently enacted Brazil's GDPR-like legislation.
